Support Agent Identity

Per-host identity that the in-process SupportAgent uses to connect to SynthGateway. DCR-2026-206 / RI-2026-058 Phase 2E.2.

Restart required. SupportAgent reads identity.json once at host startup (DCR-2026-054 design). After saving below, restart the SynthCloudConnect service for new values to take effect.
